"The Devil Is a Lie" is the second single off the “Mastermind” album from Rick Ross. Rozay’s album is scheduled to release early 2014. This is Ross and Jay's second collaboration this year, Ross and Jay-Z got together on the track "FuckWithMeYouKnowIGotIt" off Magna Carta, Holy Grail that was featured on Jay-Z’s album.
